Soma, Psyche and Soul
MEET THE HOST
WELCOME, I’m Aneta,
I’m your host and the Founder of The Golden Mandala Somatic Coach Academy©, a Trauma-informed Somatic Coach, Trainer and Educator, Senior Yoga and Somatics Trainer, and Embodied Business Mandala™ Mentor and Coach.
I created this podcast for heart-centred practitioners who work or want to work with clients in a more trauma-informed and somatic way.
In this podcast we explore how we can connect with and support others from a more compassionate and embodied space, with focus on the wholeness of our and our client’s felt experience and including our soma, psyche and soul.
We will share somatic practices and tools. You will hear from me and other practitioners who are on a mission to create safer spaces and make a real positive impact within their communities and the world.
