Dawn Ingram's journey with scoliosis began at age 12, marked by a noticeable shift in her pelvis and a 30-degree lumbar curve. After years of wearing a Boston Brace and being advised to simply "keep her back strong," she moved forward, seemingly forgetting about her condition. However, in her early 40s, a herniated disc and a shocking increase to a 65-degree curve led Dawn to rediscover her body through yoga and movement. Now qualified in various movement modalities, Dawn specializes in scoliosis, offering a holistic approach to coaching, blending her extensive training in yoga, Pilates, and trauma-informed practices. She is dedicated to helping others navigate the physical and emotional challenges of scoliosis, empowering them to embrace both body and mind on their healing journey.

Sarah Leather is a Simplicity Business Mentor who helps women to create more clients & make money with more ease. She does this by simplifying their business, and having the rock-solid belief they can do it. Sarah has been running her own business for over 30 years. But the first 20 of those were hard work with a 1:1 model of hourly sessions which led to burnout. She changed her business model and created a wildly successful online coaching business but the happy-ever-after didn't eventuate. The pandemic, getting sick, menopause and all the things piled high and she became detached from her business and her life. Sarah needed to get to work on herself, let go of 90% of what the 'gurus' had taught her and believe in herself enough to create her own path. Sarah runs a multiple 6 figure business from home doing the work she loves in a few hours a day. Originally from Australia, she lives in beautiful West Cork in Ireland with her husband, 4 grown-up kids, guide-dog breeder Indi & 1 badly behaved cat.

As a Trauma-Informed Somatic and Embodiment Coach and Educator For Women, Isabelle’s life’s work is to help women reconnect with themselves, live unhurried lives and break free from the inner narratives that are keeping them feeling exhausted, burnt out, doubting their worth, and disconnected from their true desires and ambitions. She guides women back into their bodies on transformative healing, growth and empowerment journeys, inviting them to return to wholeness, reclaim their sovereignty and embrace their brilliance. She founded her coaching practice in 2017, after spending 20 years in the corporate world. Her doorway into this work was a severe burnout, over 10 years ago. While it shattered her life and her sense of self - it also served as a catalyst to reorient her life, her purpose, her work, and her impact. She is deeply devoted to this work and the women she supports.
