Walk Your Talk - 3-Day Experiential Journey for Feminine Embodied Leadership with Aneta Idczak

Welcome

This is your quiet place to return to the stories, embodied practices and reflective invitations shared throughout our journey. Move through the material in your own time. Pause when you need to, and follow what feels most relevant to you.

WELCOME AS YOU ARE

How to use this space

This is your space to explore Walk Your Talk in your own time, at your own pace.

You have access to all three days straight away, including all recordings, stories, somatic practices, reflection prompts and resources, gathered here in one place.

You’ll also receive an email each day inviting you to explore a different part of the journey: Day One - Embrace, Day Two - Embody, and Day Three - Empower. You’re welcome to follow these daily invitations or find your own rhythm, giving yourself space to pause, revisit and let your discoveries settle.

You may want to have a journal nearby but there is nothing you need to prepare.

Your choice matters. All our practices are invitational. You are always welcome to adapt a practice, keep your eyes open, move, pause or stop.

01

TUESDAY · EMBRACE

Embrace the wholeness of who you are.

Today is an invitation to pause, create space and listen more deeply - to meet yourself with kindness, curiosity and compassion.

Welcome to the first day of Walk Your Talk.

Today, I want to invite you to pause.

Before we begin thinking about who we want to become, what we need to change or how we should move forward, we are going to create some space to meet what is already here.

So much of our lives can become focused on becoming better, doing more, healing more or trying to arrive at some future version of ourselves.

But embodied feminine leadership does not begin with fixing ourselves.

Instead it begins with turning inward and listening within.

It begins with acknowledging our lived experience and honouring who we are.

This is how we stop abandoning parts of ourselves and start embracing the wholeness of who we are.

Teaching & Story

Before we begin trying to become somebody new, we make space to meet the fullness of who we already are.

Embodied practice

Feel the support beneath your body. Allow your attention to arrive in the space around you.

Reflection

What becomes possible when you stop trying to become who you believe you should be?

Nothing needs to be forced, solved or fixed today.

02

WEDNESDAY · EMBODY

Embody the woman and leader you are becoming.

Today we move from understanding towards lived practice, exploring one quality that wants to become more fully expressed through you.

Embody the woman and leader you are becoming.

Today we move from awareness and understanding towards lived expression and practice.

We will explore the qualities that want to become more fully expressed through your body, voice, choices, relationships and work as you step into the embodied expression of who you are - in your life and work.

This is an invitation to playfulness and gentle experiment. There is no need to perform the quality or force yourself into a different state. It's about moving towards embodying it - through the wholeness of you.

Teaching & Story

Embodiment is not about performing a quality or forcing yourself into a different state.

Embodied practice

Choose one quality you feel invited to embody more fully: trust, courage, clarity, presence, spaciousness - or another quality meaningful to you.

Reflection

What quality are you ready to embody more fully?

Embodiment develops through practice rather than perfection.

03

Step into your Empowered self - and create spaces and containers that feel empowering to others.

Today we explore how our presence, embodied listening, boundaries and use of power and authority - shape the spaces we create.

As we step into self-leadership we naturally open to leading others from a grounded, steady and resourced state.

Our role is not to become the authority on another woman’s experience or have power over them and tell them what to do.

Instead it is to create the conditions in which she can reconnect with her inner wisdom as she listens within with curiosity, openness, kindness and self-compassion, recognise her inner resources and the outer resources she already has access to, and reconnect with her own power and authority.

THURSDAY · EMPOWER

Empower yourself and create spaces in which others can flourish.

Explore how your inner embodiment shapes the way you listen, relate, establish boundaries, make decisions and hold space for others.

Teaching & Story

Empowerment grows when we create conditions in which people remain connected to their agency, dignity, voice and wisdom.

Embodied resource

Today I’m sharing a podcast episode I recorded a while ago called: Soul, Work and Leadership: Thriving in Uncertain Times.

I hope you enjoy it.

We have over 127 podcast episodes available for you to explore.

Reflection

What becomes possible for you and for others when you lead from a deeper relationship with your own embodied wisdom?
