Praise + Kind Words from Our Community

Our Golden Mandala Somatic Coach Academy has trained and supported hundreds of women from all over the world, and our training certifications has been described as ‘life-changing,’ ‘revolutionary’ and ‘a game-changer’ by the women who have walked this path. Here are their words - from written testimonials, podcast conversations and video interviews - shared with gratitude and with their permission.

I would say it's revolutionised my life. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found this accreditation because I've been searching for a while and there was nothing that matched it.

ON TRANSFORMATION

How the training changed everything

It was through Aneta's training that my work became much more somatic and much more embodied and I began working far more directly with the nervous system and with energy levels in a deeply trauma-informed way. The tools I was learning on the training actually became a lifeline. I was integrating them in real time while navigating everything that was happening. And as my nervous system was dysregulated by grief and change, I was simultaneously learning how to support it. And that really did change everything for me.

Becs McBride

Somatic Coach & Yoga Teacher · UK

It's had such a huge influence and impact on both my own healing journey and of course in the way that I now coach and teach. I can honestly say it has changed so much for me, so many things. And I'm so grateful that I listened to my intuition and my heart and I committed to it even though I was very, very scared and very uncertain about doing it. I'm so glad I did. I genuinely truly wish that more women would do trainings like these. It's powerful, it's healing, and it's impactful. And it is just what the world needs right now more than ever.

This course has been a game-changer. It has given me clarity, helped me find my voice, and supported me in stepping into my work with greater confidence. The curriculum is brilliantly designed - everything falls into place like a well-crafted puzzle.

Sarka Soudkova

The course itself is super comprehensive. There's so much to it. But what I found is that it takes some time to let parts settle and I notice now how areas of the course are still settling. I'm implementing what I've learned for myself and then also for my work.

Fabienne Belgardt

Training with Aneta helped me bring all the pieces, all my trainings, under one umbrella. It brought everything together. Aneta's training gave me the confidence to trust my own approach and speak about it more clearly.

  • “I joined Aneta’s course to be a Trauma Informed Somatic Coach for Women because I feel I have more to give than just being a yoga teacher. I have always strived to help others to thrive in their lives but there is that extra that I can add to my work. I was looking for a course that can help me include a more therapeutic approach to my sessions with clients and I found it with Aneta.

The course had not been a disappointment! Aneta is very knowledgeable in her field and delivers the course in a compassionate way. I find Aneta very relatable and easy to connect with. She has a nice way about her and the course is full of really interesting content. I particularly enjoyed learning about theories attached to working with the body, such as the Internal Family Systems approach. The course has changed me in a way I did not expect. By taking up a regular daily practice of checking in with myself, I am aware of what I do and do not want in my life. As a result, my boundary setting has become a lot stronger, and I feel much more confident and empowered. I know which direction I want to go in moving forward which is something that was a grey area before I started the course. That is both within my personal life and in my business.

I recommend this course to anyone who wants to expand their knowledge and bring a more felt sense into their business or lives. Whether you choose the course for your personal development or as a business move. The Trauma Informed Somatic Coach & Teacher for Women course will develop you into a person who understands themselves and others on a different level because it teaches you to look at all aspects of a person – body, psyche and soul. If you are reading this you probably want to do the course so I would say just dive in and sign up. You definitely won’t regret it!”

  • “The reason I joined the course was because I’m a yoga instructor of 10 years and I was searching for a course that complimented my yoga knowledge, that could support me with my own understanding of emotional resilience and trauma recovery and ultimately create a safe space for my students. I felt that there was more necessary training I needed than what I received from my yoga studying. For example, I was volunteering at a suicide prevention clinic, and I didn’t feel I had enough resource to support the guests and I needed more understanding of trauma-informed approach.

As soon as I saw Aneta’s content and what she was sharing I knew I wanted to study with her. And it has been the best decision. The course runs over 10 months, which gives me time to absorb all the content, to self-study, learn how to hold space for myself and others, and become the Coach I want to be for my students and clients.

The course has been exactly what I was looking for. I am managing to absorb the content around work and being a single mother as it is spaced out and well delivered. I was worried I would not be able to study but I love studying with Aneta. The course is so well planned and all of content is perfectly delivered, and rich in its depth and breadth of trauma-informed approach, and somatic coaching and practices. The way that Aneta sets it all out is accessible, and thorough. Aneta creates a safe container to learn and for us to show up to learn as students and facilitators.”

  • “I joined Aneta’s 160hr trauma-informed somatic teacher and coach for women training because I wanted to learn more about working with women and invite somatic coaching into my work. I had been looking at other coaching trainings but a lot of them didn’t appeal to me – I liked that Aneta’s training is more comprehensive and includes a trauma-informed and somatic approach.

I was initially on the fence about joining (regarding timing and commitment), but I am so glad that I did. I have already learnt so much – for my own personal development and understanding of how I can support myself as well as my clients.

The course covers so much interesting and deeply transformative material as well as time in-between modules to integrate what we have learnt.

I really love that there is space for practical and personal exploration - learning practices that we can implement for ourselves and with our clients, as well as space to inquire and reflect about our own experiences.

I previously joined other trainings with Aneta as well as had personal and business coaching with her and I absolutely love her supportive approach – creating a safe space, where we can learn, explore and where we can share our experiences – all based on invitation and meeting our own needs.

I would recommend this training to anyone who works/ or would like to work with women and would like to deepen their understanding on supporting other women (as well as yourself) with a more wholesome trauma-informed, somatic approach.”

  • “Joining Aneta's 160hr training to become a trauma-informed Somatic Teacher & Coach for women is the best decision I've made in a long time, both personally and professionally. I'd already been working with Aneta on business coaching and having 1-1 sessions, and I love her approach to coaching, running a business and making sure we are truly living what we teach. Even though we are learning to work with others, Aneta instils in us that we have to do the work ourselves to be able to support them, but it's done with so much understanding and compassion for who we are as individuals and the acknowledgment that our lives can be up and down.

Aneta has created a friendly, open space where we can talk about what we're going through and how the course is unfolding for each of us, get the support we need, with the reminder to come back to ourselves and our practices, because they do help!

Over the last 3 months, I've felt a lot more growth and learning within myself. I'm a qualified Yoga Teacher but I am really drawn to Somatics, the nervous system and using the body to heal pain and trauma. It has been incredibly eye opening when I think of my own experiences and journey, as well as observing the people in my life. Although I love guiding Yoga, I don't feel as connected to it from a teacher point of view, as I do with this work. I've been working with older adults and people with health conditions for a few years now and the way I support people is very much aligned with Somatics. Since I started introducing Somatics into my work, I've noticed big shifts in my clients, physically, emotionally and mentally, helping to reduce chronic pain, improve balance, make them feel more confident and at ease in their bodies, and introducing movement when there has been years of resistance. I've witnessed mindset shifts that has meant some big changes in their lives and expressing their needs openly for the first time in years. Somatics feels really aligned with how I want to live my life, how I want to show up and run my business and work with others. I love how open, invitational, expressive and intuitive it can be; a way to access joy and creativity, whilst finding tools for inner resourcing.

It makes me excited to dive deeper and share this with others. Everything Aneta has put into the course so far, has lit me up and made me want to learn more. Aneta is so passionate about what she does and this really comes through in the course content. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys learning about the intricacies of the human body (soma), mind (pysche) and soul on a deeper level, and how this can support people who are disconnected from themselves, whilst also supporting yourself; I have never been on a course that encourages so much of your own practice to self-awareness and self-healing. For this I am incredibly grateful!”

The training has acted as an olive branch to parts of myself I had lost connection with. As you are held within the expanse of growth, the Academy encourages a trust in the process that is deeply embodied.

Serina Leech

I joined because I felt an urge to understand trauma in depth and empower women. This training has opened doors I didn't see before and each day I get more and more clarity on this path.

  • “As a participant in the Autumn cohort of Trauma-Informed Somatic Teacher and Coach for Women, I feel deeply grateful for this transformative journey. Over the years, I have immersed myself in various modalities - I’ve been teaching yoga for 13 years, facilitating trauma-sensitive yoga for seven, and am also a Somatic Experiencing practitioner. Yet, despite my experience, I felt something was missing. I struggled to find a cohesive way to bring everything together in a way that truly resonated with me.

This course has been a game-changer. It has given me clarity, helped me find my voice, and supported me in developing a nervous-system-friendly approach - not only for my clients but also for myself. The training provides a safe and nourishing container where I feel seen, heard, and supported in my challenges and growth. Aneta truly walks her talk, holding space with deep wisdom, kindness, and compassion.

The curriculum is brilliantly designed - everything falls into place like a well-crafted puzzle. It’s practical, hands-on, and deeply integrative. More than just a course, it’s a transformational process. I am excited to witness how everything is coming together, and I feel an increasing sense of clarity and confidence in how I want to serve my clients in a way that is both authentic and aligned with the greater vision of my life.

I wholeheartedly recommend Aneta’s flagship training to all female practitioners seeking to find their voice in the trauma-informed and somatic realms.”

  • “I joined the 160 hour Trauma-informed Somatic Teacher&Coach for Women Training in October 2024 (Cohort 4) at the last minute and it was the best decision I have made in my career! I am about half way through the course now and it has not only already made a big difference in my personal life through the practices I do each day from the course, but also in the work I do. My business has already benefitted massively - I am working fewer hours but earning more as I work in a more nervous system friendly way and in a way that makes me more present for my students. I have found more spaciousness in my life and brought a stop to my burn out cycles! I have also found the course so inspiring, bringing new ideas and ways of working to my business. The group of women on the course provides an amazing support network and Aneta's way of teaching is just wonderful. The course is really well designed and run by someone who really walks their talk. I would recommend this course to all women who want to not only do it for their personal development, but also to become a coach that can really make a difference in women's lives.”

  • “The training has acted as an olive branch to parts of myself l had lost connection with. I admire the way Aneta allows time for processing and integration; as individuals we are able to access learning in alignment with our own personal capacity and I love that we are invited to re-visit and re-immerse in our sessions in our own time as we evolve as practitioners and upon or own pathways of personal healing.

As you are held within the expanse of growth, the Golden Mandala Somatic Coach Academy© encourages the awakening of curiosity from the dormancy of the unknown within a space of collective safety and I have felt thoroughly supported.

I would recommend Aneta’s Trauma-Informed Somatic Teachings to those seeking to become embodied teachers and coaches, yoga practitioners, holders of spaces in the community & therapeutic settings alongside those feeling the desire to obtain tools of possibility aiding them to harness a deepened understanding for their own healing”
    - Serina Leech

  • “I am so grateful for having decided to attend this training! I joined this training because I felt an urge to understand more in depth the broad subject of how trauma works, learn more about somatic movement and definitely because, since I am a yoga instructor – I would love to use this training to help and empower women to become their best version of themselves. I felt that this training will open doors I didn’t see before and I am so happy to say that each day I get more and more clarity on this path.

First of all, I have not been wrong in where Aneta is concerned. She does own her knowledge, in an authentic and inspiring way. Adding to that, her experience has really motivated me to want more from myself and what I could bring to the world. I am so grateful for her knowledge, her clarity and creating the space – so that we can learn, heal and become ourselves – embodied somatic coaches and teachers.

It has been a truly transformative journey for me, and I can honestly say that I feel more empowered, more present with whatever is there, more emotionally mature and resourceful than before. Besides, it has been a great opportunity to learn from the other practitioners and support each other.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this training to anybody that has experienced trauma in a way or another, but not only. Anyone that is interested in growing, in becoming a more embodied, compassionate human being. Thank you Aneta!”
