Stepping Into Our Power: A Call for Women to Lead and Thrive
As we step into March 2025, I want to take a moment to check in with you. How are you feeling? How is life treating you?
I hope you are doing well and that your health and well-being are supported. This month, I want to share some thoughts on the current world climate, the importance of women stepping into their power, and the ways we can make a meaningful impact together.
A Time of Global Uncertainty
Many of you may know that I am Polish, and the current geopolitical situation has impacted me deeply. The recent events involving Trump and Zelensky have stirred conversations about war and instability, particularly in Poland and Eastern Europe. I was upset and angry watching it on TV. Living in the UK while having my family in Poland, I cannot ignore these discussions, nor can I escape the reality that decisions may need to be made if the conflict escalates.
The humanitarian crisis that began with the invasion of Ukraine has brought millions of displaced individuals and families into Poland. This migration has reshaped lives, forcing people to leave behind everything they knew in search of safety. As I witness these events unfold, I feel the weight of the world’s challenges and recognize that my role is not in politics (I leave it to others who are much better than me in that), but in the work I do: empowering women to step into their leadership, claim their unique voices, and create meaningful impact within their communities.
The Power of Women’s Leadership
I know in my whole being that true transformation begins within. Through my work with female practitioners in the Trauma-Informed Somatic Teacher and Coach for Women© Certification and the Embodied Business Mandala Mentorship and Mastermind Circle, I see firsthand the power of women reclaiming their space, sharing their message, and their ability to guide and lead.
These programs are designed to support women in:
Owning their expertise and developing unique ways to serve their communities.
Stepping into trauma-informed feminine leadership that fosters real, sustainable impact.
Building businesses that align with their purpose, values, strengths, and personal well-being.
This work is especially relevant as we approach International Women's Day on March 8th. This day is not just about celebration but about recognising the ongoing struggles women face globally. I believe that we must continue to advocate for women’s financial independence, access to resources, and the break the systems that seek to suppress women's power.
Why Financial Empowerment Matters
One of the key aspects of stepping into our power is financial sovereignty. Across the world (especially in USA right now), we are seeing cuts to funding for women-led initiatives, healthcare, and minority support systems. These cuts are not random; they are intentional strategies designed to keep power concentrated in the hands of a select few.
The reality is - money gives us choices. It gives us the ability to build, support, and create without being at the mercy of systems that do not care about us or prioritise our well-being. If we do not claim financial empowerment as women, the wealth will remain with those who prioritize greed and personal gains over our shared humanity. It is essential that we, as women, step into our financial power, generate wealth through our businesses, and use it to uplift ourselves and our communities.
Offers and Opportunities I want to share
To support this movement, I have extended a Special Early Bird Offer until March 8th to celebrate my 9 years of full self-employment and International Women’s Day. This applies to our 160-Hour Trauma-Informed Somatic Teacher and Coach for Women© Certification – a deeply transformational training for practitioners looking to integrate somatic trauma-informed work into their practice.
The enrollment is also open for the Embodied Business Mandala Mentorship and Mastermind Circle – our unique business program designed to help women build their soul-led and nervous system friendly businesses in a way that honours their energy, values, and purpose.
Additionally, I am excited to share that our Virtual Summit from September 2024 is now available for purchase. This summit features inspiring conversations with practitioners who are making a significant impact in their fields. If you missed any of the sessions, now is your chance to access this wealth of knowledge and insight.
The Journey to Empowerment
One of the most powerful lessons I have learned in my last 25+ years of working with people is that true empowerment cannot be given; it must be owned from within. As practitioners and guides we can create safe spaces, offer guidance, and provide support, but ultimately, each person must step into their own power. It’s an inside out job.
This is why it is crucial that we not only seek to empower others but also claim our own power first. We must embody what we teach, model the change we wish to see, and refuse to sacrifice our wellbeing in the process. When we take responsibility for our choices, our financial futures, and our leadership, we create a ripple effect that extends beyond ourselves.
A Call to Action
As we navigate these challenging times let’s continue this conversation and be One of the Voices. This is not a time to wait for others to make change happen – but in the words of Ghandi: “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
My gentle invitation to you is:
Join the conversation about women’s empowerment and financial independence.
Invest in your growth and get support – it might be by exploring our training programs and mentorship opportunities.
Celebrate International Women’s Day with intention, recognising both the progress you’ve made and the impact you created.
Let’s take action together. If you are ready to step into your power, reach out to me, explore the available opportunities, and let’s make an impact - starting with ourselves.
