E71: Breaking Free: Let Go of Shame and Embrace Your Power

In this episode, I’m diving into a topic I know many of us can relate to - feeling stuck and not good enough. Whether it’s in your business, your healing journey, or another part of your life, we’ve all experienced that sense of things not moving forward the way we want them to. As we transition from summer to autumn, that feeling can hit particularly hard, especially when we’re dealing with busy schedules or big goals that seem out of reach.

With over 20 years of coaching and mentoring experience, I’ve seen this feeling of stuckness come up for so many women. In this episode, I talk about why it happens, how to acknowledge it without judging yourself, and why it’s so important to rest and regroup instead of pushing through shame and self-judgment. I’ll share my own experiences, offer practical ways to reconnect with your power, and discuss how somatic practices can help you shift from that stuck energy back into flow.

Join me as we explore how to let go of the hustle mentality, be kinder to ourselves, and celebrate our wins - big and small. This episode is about rediscovering your momentum, reconnecting with your empowered truth, and finding the space to move forward with ease.

Take what resonates, leave the rest, and remember - you’re not alone. We all experience highs and lows.

In this episode I'm sharing:

  • The importance of acknowledging and understanding feelings of stuckness in various life areas (business, personal growth, healing).

  • The impact of seasonal transitions on mental health and stress levels.

  • The effects of social media on self-perception and feelings of inadequacy.

  • The necessity of rest and self-care instead of pushing through exhaustion.

  • The role of self-judgment and shame in exacerbating feelings of stagnation.

  • The value of self-compassion and recognizing personal achievements.

  • The significance of community support and connection during challenging times.

  • Strategies for shifting focus from lack to accomplishments.

  • Empowerment through self-kindness and patience in the journey of personal and business growth.
