E94: When Things Aren’t Working: A Somatic and Trauma-Informed Approach to Navigating Stuckness

In today's episode I’m speaking to a feeling so many of us - especially sensitive, heart-led women practitioners - know deeply: that sense of stuckness. When it seems like nothing is working, and we spiral into overwhelm, self-doubt, or shame, it’s easy to feel alone and hopeless. But I want you to know this: There is nothing wrong with you. You and your felt experience make perfect sense. This is my invitation for you to find your way back to your stable, grounded, present and thriving self.

In this episode, I share:

  • Why feeling stuck isn’t a sign of failure or brokenness, but a somatic and nervous system response that deserves your kindness and compassion

  • How fight/flight/freeze states disconnect us from our inner and outer resources, and how that impacts our sense of purpose, safety, and trust

  • The difference between thriving and surviving, and how these nervous system states shape our thoughts, behavior, and business choices

  • Why sensitivity, empathy, and trauma histories can make us more vulnerable to stuckness - and how we can honour that with gentle and kind self-regulation practices

  • A guided invitation to pause, turn inward, and name the state you’re in - creating space for reconnection, resourcing, and authentic soul expression
