E51: Care of the Soul - Becoming Wholeheartedly Human

In this podcast episode, I explore the theme of soul care and embracing our full humanity. I discuss my struggle to articulate the importance of how to talk about nurturing the soul, and invite you to understand soma, psyche, and soul as a unified system. I explore the price we can pay when living without questioning our society's overemphasis on efficiency and productivity, and viewing  our life as a project to be fixed and improved.

In this episode I also invite you to reconnect with life's mystery and its sacredness. I share with you one of my favourite poems "The Hidden Invitation of Loneliness" by Jeff Foster to encourage finding beauty in solitude and life's simple moments. This episode is my call to appreciate life's mysteries and to connect with the world and life in a personal, meaningful way.
