E50: Conversation with Tessa Sanderson: Creating Women's Circles

In this podcast episode I had the pleasure of talking with Tessa Sanderson. We chat about Tessa's journey as a yoga teacher and educator, bringing in a more trauma-informed approach to her teaching, working with women and birth trauma, and celebrating her upcoming book 'Circle Holding'.

Tessa Venuti Sanderson is an experienced yoga teacher and trainer, yoga for birth trauma specialist and circle facilitator.
She is the co-author of Circle Holding: A Practical Guide for Facilitating Talking Circles publishing in October 2024 by Singing Dragon. She has run a women's circle for 10 years, and facilitates circles for pregnancy/ new mums and mother/daughters. She offers a variety of Circle Facilitation training courses at ⁠www.circleholding.org⁠.

She is also the author of six non-fiction books for women and children, all aiming to empower people about their bodies, menstrual cycles and pregnancy/birth.
